Life for Molly wasn't so good lately - just dumped a cheating boyfriend, practically broke and owned an unreliable, and sometimes impounded, car.  Then one fateful day, she met Gus.  Maybe things were looking up.  However, Gus was hiding a sad secret.  Gus has short term memory loss, meaning he cannot remember what he did yesterday or anyone new he met.  Gus and Molly were falling in love, but can his condition make or break their fragile bonds of love?

This was a beautifully done movie.  However, this is not the happy-go-lucky movie that I'm usually watching.  This is a poignant romance that will tugged at the viewer's heartstrings.  The camera work and the imagery was beautiful and seamless.  The background music was forgettable.  However, the true star of this film has to be our hero.  Gus, played by Zachary Levi, is an amazing actor.  His role as Gus showcased his range as an actor.  One moment he is angry at his situation, then next, he is so sweet and adorable, then we have the serious astrophysicist and finally unsuredness of his day to day life.  There was no way you cannot help fall in love with Gus and believe the pain he was going through.  And I cannot forget Alexis Bledel.  I'll be honest.  I have never seen her in any movies or television shows.  She was a good heroine.  Her acting was spot on to the emotions she wanted to get across.  But Zachary Levi will steal the show.  I looked forward to all his scenes.  Their chemistry was believable and their romance was touching and filled with trials.  The plot might be a little slow in parts for some watchers, but I never noticed, and definitely not for the action buff.  All in all, a great script with great actors made this movie work.

I just couldn't give the movie 5 stars because of the ending.  I invested so much heart into the film and for it to end so abruptly, it was absolutely sacrilegious.  I was at the edge of my seat waiting to see what would happen next and the credits began to roll.  How could Hallmark end it that way?  I didn't get the closure I wanted.

The only extra is a "Behind the Scenes" feature.  This is a clean movie with kissing at the most.  There is no foul language but there are some intense emotional scenes.  This will be a hit or miss with some.  I would've preferred to seeing this on TV before buying it on DVD.  This is not the type of movie you will be watching over and over again.  But it is a beautiful piece of work that require to watch at least one time.  It will put your life in perspective.
